FlyxCloud Terms of Service & Legal Regulations

Welcome to FlyxCloud. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“ToS”) and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

FlyxCloud / Company / We / Us: Refers to FlyxCloud, the provider of web hosting, cloud, and related services.
Customer / You: Any individual or entity using FlyxCloud services.
Services: Any products, subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, email, cloud computing, or software licenses provided by FlyxCloud.

2. Account Registration

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services.
FlyxCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.

3. Services and Usage

FlyxCloud provides hosting, domain, cloud computing, and other related services as outlined in the purchased plan.
Customers agree not to use FlyxCloud services to:
- Upload, store, or distribute illegal content or malware.
- Conduct phishing, spam, or unauthorized data collection.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
FlyxCloud may suspend or terminate services if there is misuse or illegal activity.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed as per the selected plan and payment frequency.
Payments must be made in full and on time via the supported payment methods.
FlyxCloud reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
Refunds, if any, are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

FlyxCloud owns all intellectual property rights to its platforms, software, and branding.
Customers retain ownership of their own data and content but grant FlyxCloud a license to operate the services.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of FlyxCloud software or content is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

FlyxCloud collects, stores, and processes customer data according to our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for securing their own data, backups, and credentials.
FlyxCloud will not share personal data with third parties without consent except as required by law.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

FlyxCloud aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance and updates may result in temporary downtime.
FlyxCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

Customers may cancel services at any time following the standard cancellation procedure.
FlyxCloud may terminate or suspend services immediately for:
- Violation of ToS
- Non-payment
- Illegal activity
Upon termination, data may be deleted after [Insert Number] days unless a backup request is made.

9. Liability Disclaimer

FlyxCloud provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
FlyxCloud is not responsible for:
